Indication: Chyavanprash is the specific medicine for acute and chronic asthma and cough. It is a respiratory tonic with a rich and reliable vitamin C of Amalaka whjch is the main ingredient. The classics quote that Chyavana Maharishi got back his youth by using this preparation. Though this claim may be exaggerated, it is true that it prevents weakness which results from ageing.
Direction of Use : 6g (one teaspoon) to be rolled into a small marble sized ball and consumed.
NOTES : Minimum of two glasses of milk is to be consumed per day when on Chyavanprash.
