Paspalum scrobiculatum, commonly called Kodo millet (harka in Kannada) is an annual grain that is grown primarily in Nepal as well as in India and South East Asia. It primarily his its origin in West Africa. The millet is gluten free and rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals.
