Talisadi Churna – 50 Gms

Indication: Talisadi Churna is very useful in acute exacerbation of asthma. If taken with honey at the time of an impending asthmatic attack it aborts the attack. In patients with the history of chronic asthma it reduces the frequency of attacks and their severity too. This is also useful in cough, anorexia and other phlegmatic diseases. It can be considered as an adjuvant in the treatment of first stage of Rajayakshma (Tuberculosis).

Direction of Use : Mix 2.5g(1/2teaspoon) with 1teasoon honey to make paste. Then consume slowly by putting little by little on the tongue, do not consume water soon after.

Ingredients of BV Pandit Talisadi Churna:
Talisa – Abies webbiana – 12 grams
Maricha – Black pepper – 24 grams
Shunti – ginger – 36 grams
Pippali – Long pepper – 48 grams
Vamshalochana – Bambusa bambos – 60 grams
Ela – cardamom – 6 grams
Twak – Cinnamon – 6 grams
Sharkara – Sugar – 384 grams

Dosage of BV Pandit Talisadi Churna:
1 – 3 grams along with water, once or twice daily after food or as advised by Ayurvedic doctor.
It is usually given along with honey.
Regular dose is – half – 1 teaspoon – mixed with 1 teaspoon of honey. Make a paste. Swallow it with a cup of water.
It is also available in tablet form.
